Greetings! I am so glad that you are here.
My inspiration in founding Right Hand Elite LLC to serve you draws from three seasons of my forty-year career:
I grew and led a multi-million dollar territory for an international industry leader. While the material rewards were a blessing, God grew a love in my heart for coaching and mentoring people.

I completed my Master of Divinity and began serving Christian CEO's, Owners, and Leaders. I facilitated over two hundred CEO roundtables and over one thousand one-on-one coaching sessions. While performance and stewardship were paramount, I was drawn to serving them personally in helping them thrive in their gifts and passions.
Pastor
I served as a Pastor in a Christian church in leadership, groups, and discipleship. I have baptized, married, and buried, journeying with men and women through life's peaks and valleys, reminding them of our hope and freedom in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I am now pursuing my calling in serving Him by serving you. I take great joy in seeing you thrive in your gifts and passions. And I am passionate about mobilizing a cadre of elite men and women that will serve you as your trusted, loyal Right Hand.
